Unfortunately we cannot change your order after you have placed it. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us here.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Times: Here at Speerise, we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered promptly. We prepare your package and shipping within 5-14 days.🚀
We will keep an eye on the shipping status of your order to give you the best shopping experience!

After the order ships out, you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number provided.

Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please email us, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further!

Exchanges and Returns: Items returned of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
