Our Fabric and Pattern
To achieve an optimal fit, we use custom-made fabrics. These fabrics undergo multiple elasticity and stretch ratio tests, ultimately striking the perfect balance between flexibility and snugness. This ensures that the fabric maintains its form without becoming overly loose or uncomfortably tight. The fabric has a fine fiber density, swiftly recovering its original shape after stretching, offering a soft, smooth, and comfortable feel.
Our team has two designers with years of experience, possessing a profound understanding of the human body's structure and mastery of exquisite cutting techniques. Recognizing the significant differences in body shapes between our American and Asian customers, we conducted thorough research on over 2000 American customers' body types, tailoring our designs to fit the Americans. Each contour adheres to ergonomic principles, allowing you to confidently showcase your unique style.
Our Craftsmanship
In the stitching process, we employ double-needle covering stitch machines, providing incredible skin-hugging elasticity to key areas of the leotards such as the waist, ankles, and sleeve cuffs. The inserted elastic bands at the waist and ankle ensure a closer fit to the body's curves. Side seams, sleeve seams, and shoulder seams employ a four-thread overlock stitch, with an elastic thread ensuring tighter and more stable seams, along with exceptional resilience. Combining traditional sewing craftsmanship with modern technology, our computerized machines and intelligent garment-making systems provide precise cutting and seamless assembly, laying a solid foundation for the perfect fit.
